Vintage Completed Unframed Scotsman Bagpipes Kilt Scottish Embroidered Panel
This is really beautiful - vibrant colors embroidered on a felt mesh backing
Looks to be hand embroidered
One tiny hole in the felt (see pictures)  and some yellowing to the felt - otherwise in excellent condition - no pulls or broken threads
Would look amazing framed
