    Description

    Working 17 inch Thoro-Matic 175 RPM manual floor scrubber.
    Works great, needs some help. I used it for over 10 years, the pad holder needs a new round wooden spacer, clutch and brushes are good.
    The rear bolt to hold the handle in the locked position is broke, but I have the pieces.
