Mid-West backflow test kit Mode 845-5.
Two years old, bought in 2019. Only used a dozen times or so through the years. Was recalibrated in 2020, decided to sell this year so it is not been calibrated for 2021. Price will reflect the cost for you to have it recalibrated. Nothing wrong with it, just don’t use it anymore since job change. Very good condition, always kept in case, in climate controlled environments.
Serial number has been edited out of photos for security reasons, but is on the face of the dial and also on the back plate. Message me with any questions. Will ship ASAP after payment.

It is capable of performing all known test procedures including those recommended by ASSE, AWWA, CSA, FCCC and HR-USC and NEWWA.
The 845-5 is in the list of Acceptable gages from Both FCCC & HR-USC and CA-NV AWWA
