We used this heater for our warehouse from the winter of 2012-13 to this last winter 2019-20 when during a maintenance call we were told it was time to renew the burners (they were no longer firing properly).
Because we were in a position to change over to a Modine,
which is our heating company's preferred brand (cheaper parts and service because of their relationship with the company, and because Lennox has poor distribution into our area of Vermont/New Hampshire), we decided to go ahead and do that.
We are looking for a buyer in an area that has better Lennox distribution, and thus lower priced parts and service, so they can reasonably replace the burners in this unit and related parts, and properly service it for a new life.
We originally received it as a natural gas heater, and had it converted for propane use, so I'm confident that if you need it to work on natural gas, you can get it converted back to that.
One thing I can report, comparing the Lennox to the similar single fan Modine we installed, is that the Lennox was much quieter with its dual fans.  Both are up to the task of heating this warehouse.
Aside from the burner issue, the heater was working fine (the fans, exhaust, electronics, and valve all were working fine).
Physically, the unit is in decent condition overall.  It is missing one directional fin, two hangers were removed, and two were bent over during removal (and removed after the pictures were taken and not included).  There are scratches, scuffs and general handling marks.

The spec sheet indicates the following dimensions: 41-1/8" wide x 41-1/8" deep x 32-3/16" high, including projections in back.  Actual measurements are 47-1/2" wide x 41-1/8" deep x 39" because of the exhaust in back top and the valve on the right rear.
