I bought 2 of these one came to my and the other came to a 150 miles away? It was a hassle to get it to me even after they sent it to my HD. I went to pick it up and the gal could not find it? I came back another time when Adeline, was working she was the woman that originally straightened out the whole mess, she went right to it. The 5 stars I gave was for her! HD you should take note of people like her that go the extra mile to smooth the waters with frustrated customers! She was great!! As for the back draft dampers I bought they are of the highest quality and I have used several over the years ! Easy to install. Thank you Adeline!

Very well made. The external gaskets provide an airtight seal and the spring keeps the flaps firmly closed when not in use. Definitely worth the few extra bucks over the cheap ones.
